A free clinic led by two of Sweden’s top curlers is coming to Penticton ahead of a marquee fall tournament.

Members of the nation’s 2026 World Men’s Curling Championship Team, including skip Oskar Eriksson, along with Rasmus Wranå, the Olympic mixed doubles gold medalist in Italy this past winter, will be at the Penticton Curling Club for the clinic on Oct. 6.

The on-ice clinic will be followed by a special question-and-answer session, allowing junior curlers to meet the athletes and hear more about their experiences on the world stage.

People interested in learning from the best are encouraged to register for the clinic now, with space limited to 40 participants.

The clinic will happen two days before the start of the Nufloors Penticton Curling Classic. Featuring Eriksson and 10 of the other top 25-ranked curlers in the world, the event runs from Oct. 8 to 11 at the local club.

Along with his world championship win this past spring, Eriksson competed for Sweden at the 2026 Olympics. He is the first curler to win four Olympic medals, dating back to his appearance at Vancouver 2010.

For registration information, contact the Penticton Curling Club at manager@curlpenticton.com.
