Six are elected from Trustee Election Area 1, representing the City of Prince Rupert. One is elected separately from Trustee Election Area 2. Area 2 includes the District Municipality of Port Edward and parts of Electoral Areas A and C of the North Coast Regional District, including Lax Kw\u2019alaams, Metlakatla, Dodge Cove, Oona River, Kitkatla and Hartley Bay.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is seeking re-election?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Three current trustees, Kristy Maier, Danielle Dalton and James Horne, have been nominated to seek another term on the board.<\/p>\n<div class=\"instory_widget\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ad mobile-ad-contain\"><!-- med-rect-300x250-2 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"opscoad-med-rect-300x250-2-INSTORY\" data-unit=\"web\/todayinbc.com\/med-rect-300x250-2\/news\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instory_widget\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ad mobile-ad-contain\"><!-- REMOVED AD --><\/div>\n<p>Maier is currently serving as vice-chairperson of the board and as the board\u2019s representative on the BCSTA Bargaining Representative Council.<\/p>\n<p>Dalton and Horne are also current board members.
