Campbell River Eagle Riders lead fundraising for Island Prostate Centre

The Campbell River Eagle Riders emerged as the top fundraising team in this year’s Westcoast Motorcycle Ride To Live, generating $5,071.35 to support the Vancouver Island Prostate Centre.
“On behalf of Team Eagle Riders 3097 and FOE 3097, we praise the support members and guests of the Eagles Hall have shown,” said Greg (Leroy) Watts, vice-president of the Eagle Riders. “Your Eagle Riders Campbell River team secured the lead spot for the 2027 ride.”
The annual ride is the largest motorcycle event in British Columbia dedicated to combating prostate cancer across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Overall, this year’s event raised $51,670 bring the total from the past 16 years to nearly $952,000.
